Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation required
  • Experience in building construction typologies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 (commensurate with experience)

Senior Electrical Engineer (P.Eng)

Senior Electrical Engineer (P.Eng.)

The Opportunity

A leading multidisciplinary design and construction firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of building electrical systems for projects of high complexity. You’ll coordinate design, drawings, and specifications with project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with codes and standards across institutional, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and supervise electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, life safety, and communications

  • Coordinate drawings, specifications, and BIM/Revit models with project teams

  • Conduct field reviews, building assessments, and support contract administration

  • Mentor and coach EITs and designers, providing technical leadership

  • Develop design standards, technical reports, and solutions for complex building systems

  • Act as Engineer of Record on projects of low to high complexity

Qualifications

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering and P.Eng designation

  • 10+ years of engineering experience in multidisciplinary projects, with 5+ years in North America

  • Expertise in power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and sustainable design

  • Advanced knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, BC Building Code, and National Building Code

  • Experience in Building Construction with Institutional, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial projects

  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and technical coordination skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $125,000–$155,000 (dependent upon experience)

Architectural Technologist

Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist

 The Opportunity

A multidisciplinary design firm is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Architectural Technologist to support Revit modelling, drawing production, and technical detailing. You’ll translate design intent into Construction Documents and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure quality and constructibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages

  • Develop architectural details and ensure BCBC/VBBL compliance

  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors

  • Support project teams from design through construction administration 

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution

  • 8–12 years of Canadian-based experience across various project types (wood-frame multifamily residential, commercial, industrial, institutional)

  • Knowledge of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methods

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Intermediate Architect / Architectural Technologist

 The Opportunity

A leading multidisciplinary design firm is seeking an Intermediate Architect / Architectural Technologist to support institutional, civic, residential, and mixed-use projects. You’ll produce and manage drawings, Revit models, and specifications while collaborating with project teams and consultants to ensure high-quality, coordinated outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage drawing packages and Revit models across project phases

  • Coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure design integration

  • Lead or support design components from concept through construction

  • Assist with specifications and contract administration, including site visits

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical guidance

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of professional experience across a variety of building typologies (civic, high-rise, institutional, commercial)

  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino

  • Strong technical skills in building components, detailing, and construction methods

  • Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards

  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and collaboration skills

  • Eligible to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000-$90,000 (dependent upon experience)
